Humanity. All 7.7 billion of us. Living out our individual lives.
Making the best of the world we’ve been handed down, with all its problems, cruelties, and inhumanities in full bloom. We don’t choose our circumstances.
We survive. Wading against the massive forces that determine each of our individual stories.
And yet for some, just wading is never enough. For some, life becomes about transcending the individual. About making a difference in the collective human experience — about changing the tide. Nothing in this world is unmovable. It might take great courage. It might take great perseverance. But for those willing to take up the mantle, real change is possible.
